Cancellation Auto-Renewal Terms:

• A minimum 12-month commitment is required
• Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice to The Shaw Center.
• A $250 Early Cancellation Fee will be assessed.

Other GLOW & GO Membership terms:

• Members will receive one month complimentary with a 12-month Commitment (handled via refund).
• Membership is not transferrable and cannot be shared with friends or family.
• Cardholder must be present and provide photo identification when applicable.
• Services must be used in the month they are earned. No rollover allowed.

If you decide to cancel your membership, a $250 early cancellation fee will be assessed and you will have 30 days to redeem all accumulated credit. Monthly membership services must be redeemed in-office and are subject to change without notice.
